Day 1: Arrival to Cairo Airport

Welcome to Cairo, Egypt. Cheers Egypt Tours representative will be waiting for you at the exit door of the arrival hall holding a sign with your name and our company name to transfer you to your hotel in Cairo. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids and Egyptian Museum – Train to Aswan

After breakfast, you will be accompanied by your personal guide to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, The Great Pyramid of King Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus, the famous Sphinx. Then continue to the Egyptian Museum, a treasure trove of children’s king Tutankhamen. Continue exploring Cairo, drive over to Islamic Cairo, also known as Khan El Khalili. It has been here since the 12th century and is one of Cairo’s oldest attractions. Return to your hotel. Later on, you will be transferred to Giza train station to catch the sleeper train from Cairo to Aswan. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board at set times. Overnight sleep inside your cabin on the train.

Visits: Great Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, Egyptian Museum, Khan EL Khalili.

Day 3: Aswan Nile Cruise Tours

As you arrive at the Aswan train station, Cheers Egypt Tours representative will greet you and transfer you to your Nile cruise ship. Enjoy lunch on board. After which you will be guided to visit the High Dam and the Philae temple. This temple was a place of devotion to Isis and Hathor. Then, back to the cruise ship with dinner on board. Overnight aboard your cruise in Aswan.

Day 4: Kom Ombo Temple Tour

Enjoy your breakfast on board, then cruise sail to Kom Ombo. You will visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, which is a twin temple alongside the Nile River. It is believed that this temple was built in honor of the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus. You’ll have your lunch back on board the ship and sail on to Edfu and have dinner on board as well. Overnight aboard your cruise in Edfu.

Visits: Kom Ombo, Temple of Kom Ombo.

Day 5: Edfu Temple Tour

Enjoy your breakfast on board. You will visit the Temple of Edfu which is dedicated to Horus, which is considered by most to be the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt. The Nile cruise will continue sailing towards Luxor. Enjoy your lunch & dinner on board alongside the shows on the cruise. Overnight aboard your cruise in Luxor.

Visits: Horus Temple, Edfu.

Day 6: Disembarkation Luxor Nile Cruise – Train to Cairo

Early morning, enjoy your breakfast on board and get ready for disembarkation from the Nile Cruise & enjoy an unforgettable trip while visiting the East Bank of Nile to the Karnak Temple & Luxor Temple. Then continue to the West Bank of The Nile to the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahari and finish passing by the Colossi of Memnon. Later on, you will be transferred to Luxor train station to catch the sleeper train from Luxor to Cairo. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board at set times. Overnight sleep inside your cabin on the train.

Day 7: Arrival to Cairo

Enjoy your breakfast on the train and arrive at Giza railway station, Cheers Egypt Tours representative will be assisting you to get to your hotel. Enjoy a free day around Cairo where optional tours can be discussed with our representative. Overnight at your hotel in Cairo.

Day 8: Cairo Airport Departure

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, with some free time before your flight. After check out, you’ll be transferred to Cairo international airport to catch your flight.
